How long can feed-in braids be worn?

Usually up to about 6–8 weeks, the limit the American Academy of Dermatology suggests for braids. Rows pulled up into a ponytail or bun, or carrying a lot of added hair, are better taken out sooner, and any pain, bumps or thinning edges mean take them out now.
